If you are a new family to PCHS, welcome! Our process for enrollment is simple!

1.) Stop by our main office and pick up an enrollment packet. Along with the info in that packet, you will need to have: 

• Alabama Immunization

• Proof of Residence (power bill, water bill or signed affidavit) 

• Custody papers (if applicable)

• Birth Certificate 

• Social Security Card 

• Special Education Status 

• Report Card/ Withdrawal Grades/ Copy of Transcript

2.) Once you have completed the necessary paperwork, call our registrar, Debbie Hodgens, to schedule an appointment! (205)-338-2250 ext. 238
